Delivery Areas – Metropolitan Lima

At Procabell, we strive to offer you a safe, punctual and efficient delivery service. We currently ship to the following districts of Metropolitan Lima:

North Lima:
Comas, Los Olivos, Puente Piedra, Carabayllo, Independencia, San Martín de Porres.

Central Lima:
Santiago de Surco, Surco Viejo, Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, Rímac, San Miguel, San Borja, Surquillo, Miraflores, Breña, Pueblo Libre, Jesús María, San Isidro, Magdalena del Mar, Lince, Barranco.

South Lima:
Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, San Juan de Miraflores, Chorrillos.

East Lima:
San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, Santa Anita, El Agustino, La Molina, San Luis, Salamanca, Bellavista, La Perla, Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, La Punta.

Delivery service conditions:

• Delivery is available only in urban areas.
• The customer must provide whatever is needed to ensure a quick and safe delivery, both for themselves and for our delivery staff.
• If delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond Procabell's control, it will be rescheduled in coordination with the customer.

Verification at the time of delivery:

• The courier will ask the customer for their DNI (national ID) and take a photo of the document as a safeguard in case of any issue.
• If the purchaser is not present, a plain copy or photo of the purchaser's DNI will be required in order to complete the delivery.
• The customer must sign the receipt and/or invoice, writing their full name, DNI number and signature as proof of satisfactory receipt.
