Dr. Marco Velásquez Málaga is a physician and general surgeon trained at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with more than 20 years of medical experience. His career includes work at renowned institutions such as Clínica San Gabriel, Hospital Carrión, Hospital Puente Piedra and Hospital Guillermo Kaelin de la Fuente.
As the founder of Procabell, Dr. Velásquez specializes in hair restoration, trichology and advanced hair micrografting techniques, combining medical precision with a refined aesthetic vision.
His international experience in Argentina, Paraguay, Mexico and Los Angeles allowed him to build a solid, trusted foundation in his profession. He has taken an active part, as both a member and a speaker, in the most important congresses of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), held in Prague, Hollywood, Bangkok, Lisbon, Panama, New Delhi, Denver and Berlin.
He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently. His main areas of interest include hair health, aesthetic medicine and the use of advanced technologies.

Dr. Raquel Linares Gaitán is a pediatrician with a subspecialty in pediatric nephrology from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with more than 10 years of experience at leading institutions such as Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, Hospital del Niño (Breña and San Borja campuses), Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins and Clínica Jesús del Norte.
Her clinical training and commitment to innovation led her to specialize in hair medicine, focusing on high-precision transplants and prioritizing patient safety, clinical oversight and a thorough evaluation before and after every procedure.
She is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and has taken part in its international congresses in Mexico, Los Angeles, Bangkok, New Delhi, Panama, Denver and Berlin. She keeps her training in trichology continuously up to date through prestigious institutions such as the ISHRS and the Spanish Trichology Society, among others.
She is currently part of the Procabell team, where she helps design and oversee clinical protocols and implement advanced hair restoration technology.

His training as a physician and surgeon, complemented by advanced studies in trichology and hair micrografting at AMIR Colombia, has made him a leading figure in the field of hair health.
He completed specialized training in complex hair restoration and hair surgery at Procabell and is a valued fellow of our institution. His work at respected institutions such as Suiza Lab and several hair transplant clinics has allowed him to refine his skills and offer his patients personalized, effective solutions.
In addition to his medical work, Dr. Claudio has training in medical auditing, which gives him a comprehensive perspective on hair health. His fluency in English and Spanish allows him to provide high-quality care to a diverse range of patients.

Dr. Carlos Julio Díaz Bautista is a physician and surgeon who graduated from Universidad Ricardo Palma in 2011. With 15 years of medical experience, he has devoted the last 8 years of his career to hair restoration and hair transplantation, building a solid track record in the specialty.
With studies in occupational medicine and training as a medical auditor, his career took a new direction when he experienced hair loss firsthand. After undergoing a hair transplant at Procabell and being deeply moved by the results, he discovered a new calling: helping others regain their hair, their confidence and their emotional well-being.
Motivated by that personal experience, he took all three specialized courses taught by Procabell, where he stood out for his commitment and technical skill, earning an invitation to a three-year fellowship at Procabell. Here, he perfected advanced micrografting and hair restoration techniques with a high-precision surgical approach.
After completing his training, he joined Procabell's medical team. He currently leads our southern location in Arequipa and has spent more than 5 years changing lives.
Committed to continuous improvement and ongoing training, Dr. Díaz completed a diploma in hair transplantation and trichology from the Peruvian Society of Aesthetic Medicine, and he is one of the lead speakers at the hair surgery and restoration refresher courses Procabell organizes every year.
