The patient may reserve the package by paying 50% of the total cost; from the reservation date, the patient has 1 year to pay the remaining 50%. If one year passes and the patient has not paid 100% of the total amount, this will be considered abandonment by the patient, who will automatically lose all benefits, and the price of their surgery will be the regular price in effect on that date, based on the number of follicular units in their transplant. To use all of the package benefits, the patient must pay 100% of the total package cost without exception; the only benefit the patient may use after paying just 50% of the total package cost is the pre-operative testing and surgical risk assessment. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) sessions, according to the corresponding package, will be scheduled once a month; confirmed PRP appointments cannot be rescheduled, and if the patient misses the appointment it will be considered used. The patient may transfer the full PRP session benefit to another person one time only. PRP sessions may be redeemed at any of our locations nationwide. All benefits of each package are valid for 1 year from the date the patient pays 100% of the total package cost. Procabell 10th Anniversary packages cannot be edited or customized; if the patient does not use a benefit within the one-year validity period, the benefits granted will expire with no right to any claim. If the patient decides not to use a package benefit, no discount will be applied for that benefit or any others not required. No exchanges or refunds are accepted. There are a minimum of 4 in-person post-surgery follow-up visits, at 15 days, 1 month, 6 months and one year after surgery. The patient is completely free to request any additional in-person follow-up visits they consider necessary during the first year after surgery, with any of our doctors at any of our locations nationwide. If the patient decides to have a post-surgery follow-up with a different doctor, the patient must go to the location where that doctor practices.

Mesotherapy packages and/or sessions are not transferable to other people. The patient may attend their sessions at any of our locations nationwide. IMPORTANT: the following instructions must be followed without exception; failure to follow any of them may result in the suspension and loss of the session: 1. Arrive with clean, dry hair; 2. Do not attend the session under the influence of alcohol.
